The Easiest Way: PHONE IN: You can book meeting rooms over the telephone from the comfort of your home with a VISA or Master Card. Call the Recreation Department Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 519 357 1208 ext. 21. FAX IN: Fax us your information, including your name, address, phone number, rental time you are requesting and we will phone you back in regards to availability and payment options. We will e-mail you back with availability and payment options. THE MOST PERSONAL WAY: In person at the Recreation Department main office located at the North Huron Wescast Community Complex.
