Economic Development
North Huron, is a vibrant community just an hour west of Waterloo, an hour and a half north of London, and conveniently situated less than a half-hour drive from the sandy shores of Lake Huron. Rooted in a rich agricultural and rural heritage, North Huron is home to productive agricultural enterprises, thriving volunteer groups, and beautiful and rugged landscapes. The Village of Blyth, the Township of East Wawanosh, and the Town of Wingham are the three areas that collectively constitute North Huron, fostering a business community characterized by its growth and development. Residents and visitors to North Huron have access to an urban array of services while still exuding the small-town appeal, as we place immense value on our history and the authentic hometown atmosphere that define our community's identity.
