The Leland and Thora Vance Fund - Recreation StreamAbout the Fund The Leland and Thora Vance Fund - Recreation Grants is a grant making program to provide and maintain recreational facilities to enhance the quality of life for the general population of Wingham, now and into the future. Proposals are invited from organizations providing a public space for broad participation in community recreation activities including; sports, fitness, outdoor education, playgrounds, and trails. The Fund's total amount available is approximately $95,000. Funding must be used between November 1, 2022 and October 31, 2023 for expenses incurred over the same period. The Township of North Huron has no role in the administration of this fund.
