2024-2027 North Huron Strategic Plan

The 2024-2027 North Huron Strategic Plan will integrate the direction provided by the Strategic Plan into existing municipal processes, plans and policies in order to leverage the foundation of work completed. 

Water System Annual Water Report

The Water Systems Annual Water report is a compilation of information that helps to demonstrate the ongoing provision of a safe, consistent supply of high-quality drinking water to customers located within the Township.

Energy Consumption Reports 

The Energy Consumption reports provide a summary of the Townships annual energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions for the year with respects to Township owned buildings or facilities.

2019 Annual Energy Consumption Report (LAS EPT) 

The Township of North Huron Energy Consumption Report documents are available by contacting the Finance Department email link or copies are available at the Township of North Huron Municipal Office 274, Josephine St Wingham.

2017-2021 Energy Management Plan 

The Energy Management Plan is a five-year energy conservation and demand management plan that improves the Townships energy management strategies, resources, and effectiveness. The plan illustrates key areas for action that the Township intends on pursuing to better manage energy. 

 2020 Blyth and Wingham Water and Wastewater Master Plan

The Water and Wastewater Master Plan provides long term planning of the water and wastewater infrastructure for the Township.

 2020-2025 Wastewater Works Financial Plan

The Wastewater Works Financial Plan is a long-term financial plan that outlines the projected operating and capital plan for the next five years, with the goal of achieving financial sustainability, full-cost recovery and affordability for consumers while maintaining the Township's existing service levels for sewage collection and treatment. 

2020-2025 Water Works Financial Plan 

The Water Works Financial Plan is a key component under the Municipal Drinking Water Licensing Program which requires drinking water system owners to prepare a Financial Plan in accordance with the requirements of Ontario Regulation 453/07. The main objective of this regulation is for the Township to develop a long-term strategy to promote financial sustainability of drinking water systems. The Financial Plan details the system’s projected financial positions, statement of operations and state of cash flow. 

 2020 Municipal Service Delivery Review

The Municipal Service Delivery Review assists in an objective evaluation of current services offerings provided by the Township with the view of identifying potential opportunities intended to maximize value-for-money, minimize pressure on taxes and contribute towards the long-term sustainability of the Township. 

2019 Strategic Asset Management Policy 

The Strategic Asset Management Policy formalizes the Townships commitment to asset management, aligns its asset management actions with strategic goals and objectives and provides direction to guide Council, management and staff in carrying out its business, strategic plans and activities 

2018 Airport Feasibility Study 

The Airport Feasibility Study evaluates the potential opportunities and development projects to diversify revenues, reduce operating costs and improve financial sustainability at the Richard W. LeVan Municipal Airport and the Goderich Municipal Airport. 

 2016 Asset Management Plan

The Asset Management Plan (AMP) will assist the Township in making decisions regarding the building, operating, maintaining, renewing, replacing, and disposing of infrastructure assets. The intent of the plan is to make the best use of the funds while managing risk and continuing to provide adequate levels of services to the public.
