The Township of North Huron licences Food Trucks on Municipal Property.
For private properties, food trucks must only locate on properties that are zoned to allow food trucks as a permitted use. To inquire about the Zoning on your property, contact the Clerk's Department (see contact information at the bottom of this page).

How long is the licence valid for? |
Licences for Food Trucks on Municipal Property are valid for the duration of the event, up to seven days from the date they are issued. A new licence is required for each event, because the reviews and approvals are based on the specific event and/or location at which the Food Truck is present. |
How much does a licence cost for a food truck? |
Cost for each licence (up to seven days): $100.00 The Township of North Huron accepts the following payment methods: cash, cheque or debit |
Can I get a licence for the season? Or for a multi-vendor licence? |
