Significant Weather Event Dec 11 2025

As of 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025, the Township of North Huron has declared a Significant Weather Event in accordance with Ontario Regulation 366/18: Minimum Maintenance Standards for Municipal Highways.

All roads and sidewalks maintained by the Township will be in a "state of repair" until further notice.

This declaration is not a notice of closed roads, and the Township of North Huron remains diligent in providing continued winter maintenance to ensure public safety. Drivers and pedestrians are encouraged to exercise caution when traveling during this event.
