Fire Prevention week is generally the first full week of October every year. During Fire Prevention Week the Fire Department of North Huron conducts many events pertaining to education of the public on fire safety. A Firehall Open House normally takes place during fire prevention week where you can come and meet your local firefighters and obtain fire safety information.
