  • Return to active lifestyle by having health care professionals and trainers work together
  • Learn new ways to move forward post-injury or diagnosis (stroke recovery, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, car accidents, etc.)

Pre & Post Natal Training

  • Train safely with “baby on board” and prepare the body for delivery
  • Manage postural pain and muscle imbalances during pregnancy
  • Develop exercise strategies to improve bladder leakage
  • Help improve “Mummy Tummy” (diastasis recti - separation of abdominal muscles)
  • Get back to “your normal” post-delivery
